Sustainable House Day 2011 - Sunday 11th September
Sustainable House Day is once a year opportunity to see what sustainable home owners in Townsville have done and to see how these ideas may apply to you and your home. Homes are open between 10am and 4pm. Entry to the homes is free.
NQ Dry Tropics is organising the open homes in the Townsville region this year and there are some great homes to be seen. For details of the homes and the addresses visit www.nqdrytropics.com.au
In 2010, an amazing 270 houses from all around Australia opened their doors to the public to promote sustainable homes and sustainable living on Sustainable House Day.
