Sustainable House Day 2010
Nationally over 170 houses all around Australia will open their doors to the public to promote sustainable homes and sustainable living.
Sustainable House Day is held the 2nd weekend in September annually.
Sustainable House Day 2010 will be held on Sunday 12th September.
Homes are open between 10am and 4pm. Entry to the homes is free.
Take advantage of this once a year opportunity to see what sustainable home owners in Townsville have done and to see how these ideas may apply to you and your home.
Sustainable House Day is coordinated nationally by Shmeco (www.shmeco.com) and locally by NQ Dry Tropics (www.nqdrytropics.com.au) and ecoSAVVY.
